Committee Meeting & Talking to 6th Years 17th May 2023

Before our Committee Meeting yesterday, it was good to talk with this year's Leaving Cert Class and a few of their teachers. The idea is to let them know a little more about the Joeys Alumni value proposition and what we can do for each other as a mutually beneficial past pupils' network.

After our chat with the 6th Years, we also met with the school Principals of the secondary & primary at our Joeys Alumni Committee Meeting.

At our meeting we made progress on providing a more sustainable long-term future for Joeys Alumni, next steps in our advocacy campaign for funding equality for 50 Voluntary DEIS Secondary Schools (incl. Joeys) and dates in May 2024 for our next Annual Dinner.

Our next big event is our Annual Golf Outing in Clontarf Golf Club on Friday,  6^th October 2023 from 1:00 – 3:00pm (more details to follow nearer to the date).
