Wednesday, 16th October 2019 marks the first meeting of Joeys Connect in “Fire” Restaurant in the Mansion House, Dublin from 7.30 – 9.00am. This offers the opportunity for past pupils of Joeys to:
Leading the Joeys Connect project is retired Joeys Teacher, Tim Quinlan, with support from myself, Brendan McGrath, Strategic Planning Manager Joeys Alumni and former CEO/Company Chairman, our host and event sponsor, Richie Wilson (Joeys 1994), Head Executive Chef Fire & Sole Restaurants, other past pupils and staff from our industry partners.
We hope you will support the Joeys Connect initiative, which has now become possible as a direct result of re-building our past pupil database and communication channels on social media.
The meeting is from 7.30am to 9.00am (or thereabouts) and includes continental breakfast. Entry fee is €20 (no charge for students and school leavers 2015 & later). Income from the event will be used to support school activities.
This event is the first of many that we hope will follow at a frequency we can decide on the day. It designed to be very friendly and business / career focused. We are very open to ideas on how best to make it as useful as possible.
So, if you are available, I’d love for you to come along as my guest so I can make the introductions. Please bring business cards if you have them.
As places are limited and will be made available on a first come first served basis, please let me know if you will be attending.
